For clients in temporary hardship and new to debt we may be able to help with short term assistance for ongoing payments or a grant to clear small debts. For clients who are renting their home and are more than 1 year in debt WaterCare/Restart may be the solution.

Please provide the information listed below and one of the FreshStart team will contact you :-
- Advisers name, and contact details
- Clients details to include, full name, address, telephone number
- Preferred telephone number and best time to call for yourself and the client
- SWW 10 digit reference number (this can be found on their bill)
- Permission for FreshStart/WaterCare to leave a message if you or the client are unavailable
